Cancellation Policy

For fresh flower orders (excluding coffin sprays, bespoke funeral designs and wedding orders), we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your order. For cancellations of non perishable items, please provide 24 hours notice. We cannot process cancellations if the order is being created or has been dispatched.

Complaints/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Should you be unhappy for whatever reason, you should advise us in writing, within 24 hours of receiving the goods, leaving a brief description, contact name and telephone number along with any associated images by email to We will then call you to discuss your complaint in more detail.

If your complaint is regarding fresh flowers, it is imperative we receive images of the problem in question. Without such images we shall be unable to take the complaint further.
